FAQ

What’s your deal?
I’m a copywriter, content strategist, UX writer, and marketing consultant—I’m good with words and stuff.

What do you write?
Website content, advertisements, press releases, TV/radio commercials, and more for a wide range of businesses. I make it easy for anyone to see why your business is awesome and why they should buy your product or service, whether you’re a big, global brand or a mom-and-pop in your community. View my portfolio.

How did you get your start?
I began my career as an advertising/marketing copywriter for various ad agencies in Philly and NYC. I’ve earned awards and high fives for my work. I also write content and provide content strategy for my own clients.
Check out my resume.

What are you up to now?
A lot of UX writing!
Huh?
That’s a fancy way of describing the words that guide a user experience, also known as UX. As a UX writer and content strategist, I work with design teams to make digital experiences—like buying a product, checking your bank account balance, or scheduling a doctor’s appointment—enjoyable and intuitive.

I also help job seekers with their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters. It’s rewarding work and have really enjoyed doing this more and more.

Of course. In the last century, Steven and Stephen are ranked 18th and 36th respectively in the U.S. for male names. I’m surprised they’re not ranked higher. In 1996ish, I was on a soccer team that was 50% Steve. SEVEN Steves.

No. They are very much intended.

Can’t you just pick one?
No.

What is your favorite movie from 1986?
That’s a very specific question. The answer is obviously Top Gun.
