UX writing for TD Ameritrade: Transfer Funds flow
Problem
Clients are having trouble finding where and how they can deposit, transfer, or withdraw money in the mobile app.
Solution
Make calls to action easier to find and redesign the ‘transfer funds’ flow. Improve the copy so that it prevents client confusion.
Results
User testing revealed that clients are now more likely to complete their desired action in the app rather than switching to the desktop site. Statistics not yet available.
