UX writing for TD Ameritrade: Log-in security flow

Problem
Clients are confused by two-factor verification when logging in to their accounts, resulting in many calls to the call center.

Solution
Redesign the security and log-in flow, plus rewrite copy so that it’s conversational and guides the user through the flow.

Results
User testing revealed an easier log-in experience and overall positive sentiment. Statistics not yet available.
